When does my envelope ship?
Envelopes ship the third week each month. I'll give you a heads up when your envelope is headed your way!

When will my envelope arrive?
For US subscribers, you can expect your envelope to arrive within 2 weeks of the ship date. For international subscribers, please allow up to 4 weeks. Envelopes are sent via USPS First Class Mail.

Is there tracking on my envelope?
To keep postage costs low, Trail Mix Club envelopes ship without tracking. I know that's not ideal but it's what allows me to keep the subscription price where it is.

What if my envelope doesn't arrive?
If your envelope hasn't arrived within 2 weeks of the ship date (4 weeks for international), please email me at hello@elyssanalanimedia.com and I'll send you a replacement free of charge. I want to make sure your Trail Mix goodies find their way to you! Please include Trail Mix Club in the subject line.

What if my envelope arrives damaged?
If your envelope arrives damaged, please snap a picture and email it to me at hello@elyssanalanimedia.com — it helps me see what might need to be adjusted on my end. I'll send you a replacement right away, free of charge. No hassle, no stress! Please include Trail Mix Club in the subject line.

How do I update my shipping address?
You can update your shipping address anytime through your Shopify account. Please make sure your address is updated at least 7 days before the ship date so I can make sure your envelope goes to the right place. Address changes made after that deadline will take effect the following month. Not sure when the ship date is? I'll always announce it in the community and in your monthly email!
